GROWTH MANAGER

Oscar Bravo is rethinking men's fashion with custom shirts, perfect fit, fast turnaround and zero waste — powered by Shopify, AI and a bold brand.

We're looking for someone smart, curious and self-driven to help grow our online presence. You don't need years of experience — just sharp thinking, reliability, attention to detail and a hunger to learn fast.

YOU'LL HELP WITH:

– Managing and merchandising our Shopify store

– Driving repeat purchases via email, SMS and customer journeys

– Improving sizing data to reduce remakes

– Supporting campaigns with our creative director

– Using AI tools to streamline workflows and boost output

You'll suit this role if you're tech-savvy, kind, hands-on and excited by fashion, e-commerce, AI and growth.

LOCATION

Melbourne-based, with some in-person days and flexibility.
